I help you see & accept yourself as you are—that’s when the best version of YOU can fully appear.

I’m Camille Seigle, a coach, business owner, wife, and mother.

Before I became all of these, I was also a student, an employee, a team leader, and a company leader for a global brand. I’ve personally experienced the ups and downs of stepping into leadership, building my own business, and becoming a mother. It is because of all these parts of me, both personal and professional, that I am passionate about coaching women through times of change and transition.

Throughout my career, I have been leaning into change, always learning and growing into the next phase. Like many, I started my journey as a student, earning my undergraduate degree from Denison with a focus on Communication. I then continued my education in Marbella, Spain, where I received my postgraduate degree from Les Roches with a focus on Hospitality. I began my career with Starwood and Langham Hotels, where I spent eight years selling and planning corporate events for United Airlines, Alibaba, Crain’s, American Express, and Google, in addition to hundreds of weddings.

Feeling the need for a change in my career, I moved on from hospitality to join the sales team at LinkedIn. In my time there, I worked in sales and global onboarding, eventually managing a global sales training and development team. While on maternity leave, I was promoted to join the company’s senior leadership team. These roles gave me the opportunity to provide professional, personal, and organizational coaching to senior leaders and individual team members, which led me on the path to becoming a certified coach.

I received my Organizational and Leadership Coaching certificate from Northwestern University, and I am a certified coach through the International Coaching Federation. But the learning didn’t stop there—I am also certified in Integrative Enneagram Solutions, Shift Positive 360, and the Fair Play Method.

My Story

While I am proud of my professional experience, it is equally important for you to know that I am also a wife, a mother to a beautiful daughter Isabel and a dog named Palmer, and I suffer from anxiety, fear, and control. I share this because this is the entirety of who I am, and my experiences make me the coach I am today.

We each have our own journeys and challenges to overcome, and without self-awareness of my own journey and challenges, I would not be where I am now. As a coach, I am transparent and honest, and to show you it is safe to share your journey with me, I will share some of my own:

As a child, I struggled with my parents’ messy divorce. I suffered from anxiety and OCD. I had an eating disorder. I struggled to be perfect and compared myself to others. I internalized my own fears and struggled to be open and honest.

My fear of judgment was real, and that fear translated into adulthood. Even though I had everything I thought I wanted, I couldn’t understand how to feel happy. Happiness did not make sense to me.

I had my daughter when the pandemic started in 2020, and my fear and anxiety grew. I was confronted head-on with how hard it was to manage work and being a mother. The pressure, responsibility, and guilt were strong for me as I tried to find my own identity within my new role as working mom. I started to read articles and blogs, and I realized I was not alone: If anything, many women were feeling the same way and just not talking about it.

That’s when I dove into personal work and reflection. I became aware of the anxiety I was creating and what I ultimately had control over. I really dug into what made me feel my best and examined how to reframe my fear. I changed FEAR into something positive: Freedom, Energy, Appreciation, Reality. Once I began to understand these components, I was able to let go of the limiting beliefs I had and focus on my own reality. This has helped me be a better wife, mom, and leader.

How I Can Help You

We all feel pressure to pretend like we have it all together, especially in times of change, so we don’t openly talk about the challenges we experience. We don’t often examine our stories, beliefs, and thought patterns. But this is what I am here to do: to help you see beyond the fear and truly see yourself. You can navigate change and not lose who you are. Instead, you can allow change to bring out the best version of yourself that you’ve been hiding for far too long.

I hope you’ll welcome me into your journey, whether you want to move through this process with me one-to-one in a coaching setting, or work through it as a group, with your team or organization. We can learn so much from one another’s experiences—and I believe that when we understand our own experience, we can better understand another’s. We just need to take the time to listen.

What People Are Saying

Camille’s coaching creates a beautiful balance between coaching, mentoring, teaching, and challenging that has helped me develop throughout my career. I believe that one of Camille’s strongest qualities as a coach is her innate ability to take a personal interest in the relationship. By doing so, I feel invested in as a whole person and not a task on her list. Her personal investment into my growth, success, and skills is unparalleled!

— SENIOR LEADER, LINKEDIN, CALIFORNIA

Camille provided me with the care, space, structure, and encouragement to hear my story, illuminate my values, and identify the choices that aligned. From our work together, I am now equipped to question fears and spot limiting beliefs that sabotage my confidence and derail value-aligned perspectives. In one word, Camille’s coaching is transformative!
